"Photo of what I believe is the opening of Woolworth in Senhouse Street, in 1935. They traded in Maryport for 73 years. And it is said to be haunted in the stockroom in the basement by a man in a long brown coat." FB Admin "My late wife Mary Baillie had a Saturday job there. She often talked about being on the broken biscuits counter.Said if ran out would break up biscuits to sell😂 Don't tell anyone" anon Maryport Through The Ages Facebook
